Tetyana Didenko is a Leadership Development and nonverbal Communication Expert, Certified Executive Coach (ICF), and Keynote Speaker recognized for her work in advancing leadership excellence and effective communication. She empowers individuals and organizations to strengthen their leadership presence, build trust, and navigate complex professional environments with confidence and authenticity.
Based in Miami, Florida, she is currently creating and developing the innovative coaching program Empowerment Through Body Language transformative approach designed to help women and adolescents, especially those affected by domestic violence, rebuild confidence, self-worth, and leadership capacity using subconscious body signals. Unlike traditional psychological or behavioral practices such as meditation or breathing exercises, her method works from a different angle through non-verbal communication rooted in kinetic intelligence and neurological insights, making it a powerful complement to existing therapeutic methods.
Tetyana brings over 10 years of coaching experience and 19 years of combined experience in coaching and mentorship. She specializes in strategic goal setting, time management, leadership presence, motivation, and work-life balance. Before she transitioned into coaching, she held leadership roles as a CEO and Director of Project Development, where she began to observe the deep influence of non-verbal behaviors in professional interactions.
Her educational background includes Business Management and Administration, Psychological Counselling, and specialized training in Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, NLP, Profiling and Lie Detection, and Body Language Analysis.
Crowned Miss Worldwide 2024/2025 at the 8th Annual Mrs. Worldwide Pageant in Omaha, Nebraska, on August 3, 2024, Tetyana leverages her title to advocate for women and children in need and raise awareness about the power of body language as a tool for personal transformation.
Tetyana collaborates with charitable organizations, including Residing Hope, a U.S.-based nonprofit that serves over 500 children in crisis weekly, and Lotus House, one of the largest shelters for women in Florida, where she conducts volunteer workshops on non-verbal communication. In 2025, she also began supporting We Save Teens Foundation, a nonprofit focused on helping children and teens in the foster care system. The foundation raises awareness about adoption, delivers holiday gifts to shelter-residing youth, and provides scholarships to foster teens from low-income families to help them access higher education opportunities.
Her philanthropic journey began in the 1990s as a caregiver at a baby orphanage in Cherkasy, Ukraine. She continued her impact through the Blagomai Foundation in Kyiv, delivering educational workshops and mentorship to children in orphanages, and volunteering at the WOW Kids Forum in Kyiv for orphans across Ukraine.
Tetyana volunteers as the Director of the Center for Global Motherhood Leadership and contributes her expertise to the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute and the Leadership Traits Institute for Kids.
